A Des Moines man was arrested in Carroll on Saturday after the report of a disturbance. The Carroll Police Department was notified of the issue at approximately 1:57 p.m. and responded to the 200 block of E. 10th Street. Upon arrival they found and arrested 51-year-old David Clifton Nathaniel and charged him with public intoxication. Nathaniel recorded a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) more than three and a half times the legal limit of .08 at .290.
