Both Carroll And Greene Counties Report Another COVID-Related Death In The Past 24 Hours

Carroll County and Greene County have both reported an additional coronavirus-related death, bringing Carroll’s total to 25 and Greene’s to two. As of 6 a.m. Friday morning, Carroll County recorded a 16.8 percent positivity rate with 2,048 cases and 1,398 of those recovered. Audubon has the second-lowest positivity rate in the state at 8.9 percent with 311 positives, 222 recovered and two deaths while Calhoun County reports 18.9 percent with 1,099 positives, 635 recovered and seven deaths. Crawford is also above the 20 percent mark at 22.1 percent with 1,833 positives, 1,486 recovered and 16 deaths. Greene County has dropped to 11.7 percent with 543 positives and 279 recovered. Guthrie is at 19.9 percent with 789 positives, 496 recovered and 15 deaths while Sac County has the highest two-week positivity rate of the region but moved down in the rankings to 14th in the state at 22.4 percent with 906 positives, 518 recovered and eight deaths.
