Audubon Man Accused Of Credit Card Fraud Now Faces Five Counts In Carroll County District Court

An Audubon man accused of using a stolen debit card at Carroll County businesses in October now faces additional charges. According to Carroll County District Court records, 31-year-old Levi Alroy Kluver was arrested on Nov. 7 for allegedly using the victim’s card multiple times at four local businesses on Oct. 18. Trial information was filed today (Wednesday) by the Carroll County Attorney’s Office, bringing five counts of credit card fraud, aggravated misdemeanors, against Kluver. His arraignment hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 10. Each count carries a maximum penalty of up to two years in prison and $6,250 in fines.
