Four More Coronavirus-Related Deaths Reported In Carroll County

Although Carroll County’s two-week positivity rate ranking has dropped to 25th at 24 percent, the death toll in the county has risen by four to 20. Carroll is now reporting 1,881 positive cases with 1,132 recovered. Calhoun County dropped down to fifth in the positivity rankings, now at 28.6 with 978 positives, 355 recovered and seven deaths. Audubon County remains the only in the region reporting a rate below 20 percent. As of 6 a.m. Monday morning they are third lowest in the state at 12.4 percent with 281 positives, 145 recovered and one death. For the rest of the region: Crawford County is at 20.1 percent with 1,680 positives, 1,347 recovered and 15 deaths; Greene is at 23.9 percent with 487 cases, 188 recovered and no deaths; Guthrie County is at 20.7 percent with 701 positives, 380 recovered and 15 deaths; and Sac County is at 22.6 percent with 761 positives, 392 recovered and seven deaths.
