There is a new look and a fun new game for the upcoming Moonlight Madness one-day sales in Carroll. On Thursday, Oct. 29, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. customers are invited to shop scary good deals at local businesses and to also participate in a costume and window display contest. Voter/registration cards will be available at any of the participating businesses and shoppers are encouraged to go to each store to get their card stamped. At the final location, registrants will vote, sign the card and leave it at the business for a chance to win $100 in Chamber Bucks.
