MOC Floyd Valley 3

Kuemper 0

25-15, 25-12, 25-19

The first two sets were close until the teams were tied at 7 and then the Dutch went on runs and stretched the lead to double digits in both. Their lead hung around six to seven points most of the rest of set one and in set two the Dutch used a 6-0 run to go up 13-7 and built it to 18-8. The match stayed close until the Dutch closed it on a 6-0 run to end the Kuemper season at 21-11. Even with the final scores the way they were there were 16 ties and 11 lead changes in the match with at least 3 lead changes in each set and only the second set with 4 ties the only set with less than 5 ties.

Kamryn Venner paced the Knights at the net with 12 kills and Kenzie Schon finished with 5. Ashlyn Badding set from near the top of the key on the basketball court and behind the 10 foot line consistently and still finished with 22 assists. Frannie Glynn led Kuemper with 3 blocks and Venner had a team high 2 aces. Kuemper had a glitch in the digs stats and they are available at this time.
