A Crawford County man has claimed one of the top prizes from an Iowa Lottery scratch game. Timothy Schiltz of Manilla purchased his winning “7 7 7” ticket from the Yesway in Manilla and returned that ticket Friday to the lottery’s headquarters in Clive for $77,777.
