There is a light agenda for Monday’s Carroll County Board of Supervisor meeting that will cover routine business, such as manure management updates, and also project and pandemic discussions. The supervisors will be asked to review proposals for the Iowa Statewide Interoperable Communications System (ISICS) project. One of these is for the concrete work needed at the Coon Rapids tower site to prepare for the placement of an equipment building. The second is on the crane fees to place the building on the concrete pad. The board will also bring back the topic of COVID-19 pandemic employee guidelines. They have been working on these procedures for each department to handle the unique ways the coronavirus impacts employees and to bring more cohesion overall. The Monday, Aug. 3 meeting will begin at 9 a.m. and the public can view it by following a link included below. Comments and questions on agenda items can either be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org beforehand, or can be asked by attendees at the virtual meeting who have created a YouTube account and subscribed to the county’s channel.
