Carroll County Has Reached 103 Positive COVID-19 Cases, 81 Categorized As Recovered

As of 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Carroll County has risen above 100 on the total number of positive COVID-19 cases since the pandemic’s onset. The increase to 103 correlates to an increase in the 18 to 40 year old age category to 40 percent of those infected. The next highest age group is the 41 to 60 year olds at 31 percent. Of the 103 cases, 81 are classified as recovered and Carroll County remains at one coronavirus-related death. In the surrounding area, Crawford reports 678 positive cases, Guthrie 67, Sac 64, Calhoun 54, Greene 29 and Audubon County remains at 16. Across Iowa there are now 32,388 positive results, 732 deaths and 25,886 recovered.
