The City of Carroll will be holding an open house to invite residents in to discuss the possibility of constructing sidewalks on Timberline Road and South Main Street. This would run from Prairie View to Hillcrest Drives. At the meeting, they will receive feedback on the proposal and it will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall on North Adams Street.
