The date has been set for the 62nd Annual Carroll Band Day Parade and on Saturday, Oct. 5, hundreds will line the streets to watch bands from across the state perform and compete. In conjunction with the year-long celebration of Carroll’s Sesquicentennial, there is a 150th theme for the 2019 event. Beginning at 10:30 a.m., parade participants and bands will be taking off from the corner of Adams and 9th Streets, traveling south to 7th Street and then north again to 9th, where they will turn east to head into Graham Park for judging. The parade ends at the Carroll Athletic Stadium. Organizations or businesses interested in having a float or entry in the parade can register through the contact points included here.
