Iowa Attorney General Says Montana Governor Has What It Takes To Lead The Country–Starting With Integrity And Common Sense

Iowa’s Attorney General, Tom Miller, says that even though there is a very thick field of Democratic presidential candidates for the 2020 election, he has made an endorsement announcement early on, pledging his support to Montana Gov., Steve Bullock.

Miller says there are many different traits Bullock possess that will make him a force to be reckoned with as we draw closer to the February Caucuses. He cites his character and integrity as just a few of those.

His record as governor has also shown his ability to work across party lines in making changes for the benefit of the residents; something Miller saw during Bullock’s time as an Attorney General.

Miller says Bullock understands real reform and doesn’t make sweeping promises such as Medicare for all and tuition-free educations. He knows what is possible and what is political rhetoric, and he will not go there if it doesn’t make sense for the country or the party. He leads with a lot of common sense, and Miller finds that attractive.

Miller says he prefers to see a governor versus a member of the senate or house as a preferable candidate and that the country needs someone from the Midwest or Mountain West and not the coasts. It will take those real connections with the citizens to defeat President Trump in 2020, and Miller says Bullock has those qualities and more.
