The next Jefferson Matters: Main Street Cash Mob will be “Stitchin’ Up September” beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 5. Everyone will meet at the Thomas Jefferson Gardens for light refreshments, then the “mob” will then walk together to The Stitch, where Suzanne Sievers and her staff will have a variety of fall craft ideas, supplies, notions and gift certificates to choose from that fall into the $20 minimum price point that all mobsters are promising to spend. Receipts will then be collected and put into a drawing for a gift certificate to be used at Deal’s Orchard this fall. People of all ages are encouraged to take part in the local shopping promotion.
