The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Anthony Ray Crook of Scranton on Friday, Jan. 6, following an investigation into an incident that occurred on Dec. 11, 2016. Crook has been charged with burglary in the third degree for allegedly entering into Lynch Livestock on Jade Ave. in Carroll and removing clothing and furs valued at $200.
