The NEW Cooperative Foundation has donated nearly $40,000 total to area 4-H clubs to cover half of each youth’s dues in the NEW Cooperative trade territory. 4-H clubs in Webster, Calhoun, Carroll, Greene, Franklin, Sac, Pocahontas, Humboldt, Hamilton, Kossuth, Cherokee, Plymouth, Monona and Woodbury Counties will receive funds. NEW Cooperative leadership says they take great pride in supporting the area 4-H youth programs and feel that this is the foundation to becoming future leaders in our local communities.
