A Grand Junction resident returned home at approximately 2:25 a.m. Sunday morning to find an intruder in their home and a burglary in progress. The intruder fled through the window of the home in the 200 block of South 19th Street when the resident arrived home. A Greene County deputy was nearby and responded immediately to the call. An investigation is ongoing, but the identity of the male is believed to be known at this time.
