Jefferson, Iowa — At approximately 12:13 a.m. yesterday (Monday) morning, the Greene County Sheriff’s office and a Jefferson Police officer responded to a report of a vehicle stolen from the 2000 block of M Ave. outside of Jefferson. The vehicle was later located in the 300 block of Reed Street in Jefferson. After an investigation, 30-year-old Patrick Michael Kennedy of Jefferson was arrested for Operation of a Motor Vehicle without the Owner’s Consent, which is an aggravated misdemeanor.
