A draft of ordinances is being put together after some inquiries by the public about opening a pawn shop within the city limits of Carroll. Carroll Police Chief Jeff Cayler drafted an ordinance and presented it to the City Council Monday night. Some council members gave their thoughts about the cons of having a pawn shop in town. Carroll Mayor Jim Pedelty added his thoughts.....
The Pawnbroker Ordinance was tabled until a revised version can be drafted.
