Carroll, IA -- The garage outside the Carroll County Courthouse will get a new roof once the weather begins to warm up. The Carroll County Board of Supervisors approved the bid of Adams Roofing during today’s meeting. Adams bid was for just over 8,700 dollars over 2,000 dollars less than the next lowest bid of just over 10,982 made by R and L Craft of Denison. Work will begin when the weather begins to cooperate. Workers will replace the entire roof while saving the rock to use again. The roof will be modified with a new taper to allow water to run off easier.
