Carroll, Iowa -- The Carroll County Secondary Roads Department will be adding two new vehicles this year after the board of supervisors approved the bids.  Supervisor Marty Danzer says what areas they were added for.
 

 
The department will get a diesel crew-cab pickup from Macke Ford in Coon Rapids who had the lowest of four bids at $20,065 with trade in.  The second vehicle for the assistant engineer will be a Dodge Ram V-8 for $24,978.  The board also received four bids for that purchase.
