Carroll, Iowa -- The Kuemper Ball kickoff rally was held Sunday afternoon as this year’s chair couples announced this year’s theme. Dr Eric Jensen, one of four chair couples announced the theme and why it was chosen.
He says there is still plenty of work that needs to be done.

The Kuemper Ball will be held May 5th at the Carrollton Centre.
