Mass of the Christian Burial for 79-year-old Raymond Thielen, of Manning, will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Church in Manning with burial at the parish cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Sacred Heart Church in Manning. A prayer service will be held at 6 p.m. at the church followed by a Rosary. Visitation will resume at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning until the time of mass. Raymond Thielen is survived by his wife: Vicki of Manning; a daughter: Katherine Hartung of Ankeny, a grandson, two brothers: Melvin and Danny, both of Manning; and a sister: Marjorie Fielmeier of Carroll.
