Funeral services for 83 year old Betty Jean “Slats” Andersen of Carroll will be Friday at 10:30am at the First United Methodist Church in Carroll with burial at the Carroll City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Dahn & Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll from 5-7pm on Thursday. Visitation will resume at the church after 9:30 Friday morning until time of service. Betty Andersen is survived by her husband: Dale of Carroll….3 children: Denny Christian of North Carolina, Deb Holm of Missouri, and Diann Hovey of Carroll…..4 step children: Barry Andersen of Des Moines, Terry Andersen of Earlham, Sherry Lockhart of Ankeny, and Jerri Reisberg of Carroll….and many grandchildren, great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.
