Funeral services for 91 year old Katie Owens of Lake City will be Wednesday morning at 10:30 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lake City with burial in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm at the Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City. There will be a rosary at 4:30 Tuesday afternoon, followed by a prayer service at 7:30 Tuesday evening. The Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City is in charge of the arrangements.
Katie Owens is survived by:
Her children: Patty Owens of Sioux City, Barb Knobloch of New York, Joan Robertson-Lauer of South Dakota, Elaine Lietz of Lake City, Geri Lainson of Des Moines, Mathew Owens of Arizona, Chris Owens of Utah, and Dan Owens of Dubuque.
A brother, Alan Hogan of Omaha, and also a sister, Peggy Golden of California.
And many grandchildren and one great-grandson.
