The Sac County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Sioux City man wanted by the Storm Lake Police Department. Forty-seven-year-old Jeffrey Kingerey was arrested on the warrant, charging him with assault, a simple misdemeanor on Monday, May 21. The charges stem from an allegation that Kingerey inappropriately grabbed and touched a female acquaintance in January of this year at a residence in Storm Lake. Kingerey was booked into the Buena Vista County jail and later released on bond.
