Stewart Memorial Community Hospital in Lake City will be featuring Dr. James Meyer, a pulmonology specialist, and Renee Fitzhugh from Practical Sleep Services for their next Lunch Connection. On Thursday, March 1, the pair will present “Breathe Right, Sleep Tight,” that will introduce signs and symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea, tips for a good night’s rest and when a sleep study is needed. The Lunch Connection will be held in the lower-level conference room at the hospital and costs $5 to attend.
