On Monday night, the Jefferson RAGBRAI Executive Committee announced the theme for the overnight stop as “Highway to Bells.” The logo to accompany that theme has now been released. Jefferson will be the Monday, July 23 overnight stop on RAGBRAI 2018, and will feature a Hairball concert starting at 9 p.m. that night.
