The Iowa Corn Growers Association (ICGA) will be hosting a series of roundtable meetings to gather feedback and suggestions on policy priorities from their farmer-members. The statewide meetings will be held Monday and Tuesday, June 25 and June 26, and again on Wednesday and Thursday, July 11 and July 12. The discussions on key issues facing corn farmers and the policies brought forward and approved will go on to the Annual Grassroots Summit on Aug. 24 and Aug. 25. This process, according to the ICGA, enables them to take action in lobbying for and supporting sound policy development and pro-farmer legislation. The roundtables are free to ICGA members, but advanced registration is encouraged. Meals will be included with each session.
