Carroll Broadcasting has received reports of several semi-truck trailers that have jackknifed on highways in our area. One is blocking lanes of traffic on Highway 30 on the west side of Carroll on the overpass. Other reports have come in from Highway 30 east of Carroll and two on Highway 71. We will bring you more information on this accident as official reports become available. A reminder that Carroll County Sheriff Ken Pingrey has said that new snow and blowing snow will likely create issues throughout the rest of today. If you must travel, please allow extra time and leave space between you and the vehicle in front of you.
