A confidential weekend retreat program, Rachel’s Vineyard, offers emotional healing following an abortion. They will be hosting a Carroll-area retreat on July 28 through July 30 at the Domus Trinitatis Center south of Carroll. The program is not just for women, but is also open for married couples, mothers, fathers, grandparents and siblings of the aborted children as well as persons who have been involved in the abortion industry. Organizers say this is an opportunity to examine the abortion experience and identify ways the loss has had an impact in their past and present. This also offers a chance to examine unresolved feelings and conflicting emotions.
