The Carroll Police Department reports that a group of juveniles walking down a sidewalk found and turned in a pouch containing items suspected to be narcotics and narcotic-related paraphernalia. They have posted the “lost” items on their Facebook page and, tongue-in-cheek, asked anyone who may believe they have lost the item to come claim it at their office in the Farner Government Building. And on a more serious note, they offer help to anyone out there who may be battling addiction, and ask that they please contact the department to learn about the resources available in our area.
