Tragedy struck a young family in Carroll last night (Tuesday), when an accident occurred at the home of Craig and Kara Rowedder. Capt. Mark Heino with the Carroll Police Department explains.
Heino said anytime there is an accident of this nature, it is customary for the Carroll Police Department to conduct a full investigation.
Craig Rowedder is a coach and technology director at the Carroll High School and Kara is an elementary teacher with the Carroll Community School District.
