The Sac County Sheriff’s Office responded to a gravel pit at 3398 Xavier Ave. southwest of Auburn late Thursday afternoon to a report from a fisherman of a truck submerged in the water. They arrived to find a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado that had been reported stolen to Calhoun County authorities on June 12. Anyone with information about this vehicle is asked to contact either the Sac County Sheriff’s Office at 712-662-7127 or the Calhoun County Sheriff’s office at 712-297-7583.
