Landus And ISU Partner To Provide 15 Scholarships To Iowa Students

Fifteen Iowa college freshmen majoring in agricultural business have each been awarded $1,000 scholarships through a collaboration with Landus Cooperative and the Iowa State University (ISU) Department of Economics. Landus CEO, Milan Kucerak, says they are motivated to help the next generation succeed in agriculture as they are the future of the industry. “We are happy to support these scholarships and learning experiences to help prepare them for the future challenges the agriculture industry will present,” he said. To receive the scholarships, the students must have a minimum cumulative high school grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and have graduated in the top 25 percent of their high school class.
