Over 14 area high school and middle school bands and more than 45 businesses, organizations and causes, will begin marching their way through the streets of Carroll tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 10:30 a.m. The Carroll Chamber of Commerce-sponsored event has been a fall tradition for 59 years now and has only made some minor changes over those years, mostly with the route the parade will travel through the community. They have updated the route this year to start at the intersection of Adams and 9th Streets, traveling south on Adams and turning east onto 7th street. They will follow 7th to Clark Street, where the group will then turn north on Clark, heading back to 9th Street, which they will take all the way through Graham Park, finishing at the Carroll Stadium. The bands will be judged as they travel through Graham Park and will perform field routines once they reach the stadium. A copy of the map can be found below.
