The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old David Allen Hollingsworth of Brayton on an outstanding warrant at approximately 8:30 p.m. yesterday (Wednesday). The charges stem from an investigation into an incident that occurred on Jan. 19, in the 3200 block of Goldfinch Place, northeast of Atlantic. Hollingsworth is charged with Third-Degree Burglary and Third-Degree theft. He was transported to the Audubon County Jail and later released on bond. Hollingsworth will appear before the Magistrate on Thursday, May 5.
