The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Timothy Nathan Turner of Kimballton at approximately 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9. Turner has been charged with theft in the second degree following an investigation into an incident that occurred in Kimballton. Turner was transported to the Audubon County Jail, where he was held pending an appearance before the magistrate.
