Three Republican Presidential candidates will be spending an hour with WHO-HD Political Director, Dave Price, during a series titled “The Iowa Forums.” GOP hopefuls, Donald Trump, Ben Carson and Bobby Jindal have all agreed to participate in the three-day forums during special editions of Channel 13 News at 4. Each broadcast will focus on a single topic important to Iowans: education; health; and jobs. The first forum will feature Dr. Ben Carson on Tuesday, Nov. 17 via satellite for an hour-long discussion on education. The next two forums will move to Des Moines Area Community College campuses. Louisiana Governor, Bobby Jindal, will be featured in the Wednesday, Nov. 18th forum on health at the Ankeny campus and Donald Trump will round out the series on Thursday, Nov. 19, discussing jobs at the DMACC Newton campus. The forums will be broadcast live a 4 p.m. each day. Voters are being invited to the Ankeny and Newton forums to participate and ask questions.
